This website is operated by ZenMagix Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, registered at B-204, Kanakia Wall Street, Andheri - Kurla Road, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400093, India. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means anyone using this site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using it — that is the entire mechanism, because there is nothing here to sign up for.

Descriptions of services, indicative cost bands, engagement models and timelines are published to help you work out whether a conversation is worth having. They are not a quotation and they do not bind either of us. A price becomes a price when it is in a proposal signed by both parties.

Nothing here is professional advice — technical, legal, financial or regulatory. The disclaimer sets out the limits of what is published, particularly on the pages that discuss Indian regulation.

If you become a client, a separate written agreement governs the work: scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, warranties and termination. That document, together with any statement of work and data processing agreement under it, is the whole of the commercial relationship.

Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies. This page cannot expand or reduce it, and no statement on a marketing page should be read as varying a signed term.

You may read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and print it. Assistants and search engines are welcome to crawl and cite it — llms.txt exists for exactly that.

You may not: copy substantial parts of the writing and publish it as your own; scrape it in a way that degrades service for other visitors; probe, scan or test the security of the site or the server; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or use anything here to build a product that competes by passing our material off as yours.

The text, design, code, logo and name on this website belong to ZenMagix Pvt Ltd or are used under licence. Publishing something openly is not a waiver of copyright in it.

Client work is different and deliberately so: you own what we build for you, including work from phases you paid for and chose not to continue past. We retain no licence to it and we do not build on a proprietary internal framework that would keep you tied to us. The particulars are in the engagement agreement, and the reasoning is on the FAQ.

Where we link to a regulator, a standards body or a published source, we do it so you can check a claim rather than trust it. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site up and correct, and we do not promise it will be either. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because something broke. We may change or remove any page without notice.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it — including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by that agreement, which sets its own cap, not by this page.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. The privacy policy sets out what that means in practice and how personal data is handled once you contact us.

We may update this page. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
